I. Common positions
“Odessa City Golf Club” is a fund, the main aim of which is popularization and development of golf, mini golf and other kinds of sport. Golf Club is working according to the rules of Club and it includes membership in the Club and the structure of the membership fees. Executing agency is represented by the Managing Committee, which is elected by the members of the Club (reference to the list of the members of the Club). The President of the club is at the head of the Managing Committee (reference to committee). We expect that you and your Guests will enjoy all the service we propose.

Odessa City Golf Club is a public Club, every person who wishes to attend the club is welcomed, but only Members of the Club can get all the benefits, which are given by the representatives of the Club and its partners (reference to DC)

Liability of the Club

Administration of the Club undertakes to raise the quality of the service and to develop the potentialities of the Club, to act only in the interests of the members of the Club. The category of the membership, citizenship and language does not influence anything.

Gains and responsibility of the Club.
Gains of the Club are formed with the help of entrance fee, membership fees and voluntary contributions and presents. Membership cards are not a documentary evidence of any rights on the Club or percents of the profits of the Club. Members of the Club do not get any profits or commission.

Membership cards
Membership cards are validity during one calendar year. Membership cards are named and the members of the Club should present a Membership card at first request of the employees of the Club, on the territory of the club, at the game and practicing course. Membership cards are admission to the meetings and game and practicing course, the permission for a game with indication of the current handicap. Membership cards are the documents for taking privileges, which are given by the partners of the Club (reference to DC)

Inner rules of the Club
The members of the Club are responsible for observance of the rules of the Club and golf etiquette, the rules of the Golf and present regulations. The members of the Club are responsible for the behavior of their guests on the territory of the Club. Any damage or lost of the Club, made by a Member of the Club or by his guests must be reimbursed at the expense of this Member of the Club

II. Club Member joining condition:

Club member joining procedure For joining the membership it is necessary to fill in and sign the form and to send it to the club. Having sent an application, each declarant :

Is obligated to make entrance and membership fees (after approval the candidate by the Managing Committee) in compliance with the kind of membership, stated in the application form;
* Considers that facilities and benefits, which are given to Members of the Club, are valid for a period of full and timely every year fees.
Guarantees that a person, signing an application form, is having the necessary authorities.
After having read the regulations, consents to having knowledge of the information that was mentioned in it.
Admits and confirms that neither Club nor Managing Committee, staff, agents gave him other information, which could be different in some ways from that one which was stated here. Club does not account responsibility for any information that differs from that one which was stated in present regulation.
Managing Committee has a full right of declining the candidate for membership without explanation of the reason of it. The application form will be put on an information board during 7 days period. During this term the present-time candidates have the possibility to express their objection against the given candidate. After the approval the candidate by Managing Committee, Club Administration makes a decision of joining a new candidate Members of the Club. After 100% payment of entrance fee a new Member of the club received member cards. The names of new Members of the Club are included into the List of Members of the Club. Violations of the payment of each year fees and not real status of Member of the Club. Each year fees must be paid before 31st of March of each year. Member of the Club that did not pay each year membership fees receives unreal status of membership of the Club is deprived of right to play. The second joining Member of the Club is realized on general grounds. For returning the real status of membership in a club it is necessary to hand in an application for detailed consideration in Membership Committee. The Membership in the Club is rehabilitates after the payment of membership and entrance fees.

“Suspended” status of Members of the Club
In case the Member of the Club doesn’t has a possibility to use the facilities and benefits of the Member of the Club for a long period of time, he can apply to Managing Committee of the Club with a request to give him a “suspended” status of Member of the Club. If this status is given to him, he will be free from paying each year fees. For returning the real status of Membership in the Club it is necessary to inform Managing Committee about it. The Membership in a Club is rehabilitated after the payment of each year fees.

The conditions of the corporative membership.
Entrance fee –3000 UAH, membership dues a year – 1000 UAH. The owners of the corporative membership can be only juridical person. The corporative membership gives a right to its owner to designate ten users at the beginning of the year, each of which takes a membership card after the agreement of the executive committee. The corporative membership gives to ten persons who are pointed by the owner of the corporative membership the following rights with presentation:

Free visiting the Club, taking parts in sport and cultural actions.
Free visiting the Club, taking parts in sport and cultural actions.
The right of playing free, unlimited game in courses of the Club.
The right of taking two guests to play on the course.
To get information about planning actions and work of the Club.
Benefits to get the necessary inventory( 1 set for one person).
To get DVD with the teaching programs free.
To get the necessary literature.
To get high qualified consultation of the specialist or trainer out of turn.
To get three lessons with high qualified the specialist or trainer.
The opportunity to use all services with the benefits that the Club offers.
The right to the discounts.

If the owner of the corporative membership will want to give his rights of the owner of the Club to another juridical person, then he has to give a written advice to the address of the executive committee. The affirmation of the position of the new owner is passing according the procession that is installed in the following statue.

The conditions of individual membership.
Entrance fee – 400 UAH, membership fees per year – 200 UAH. The owners of the individual membership may become as juridical person so a natural person. Individual membership gives its owner the right to appoint one user who will get the membership card after being approved by the managing committee. The individual membership grants to the person appointed by the owner of the individual membership the following rights by presentation of the card:

Free attendance of the Club, participation in sports and cultural activities.
Free and unlimited games on all courses of the golf club;
Taking two paid visitors with him/her to play golf;
Getting information about the activities planned and the work of the club.
A privileged right on getting out of turn needed inventory (1 set per person).
Getting a free DVD with teaching programs.
Getting a special literature on how to improve golfing skills with the help of the club.
Getting a consultation of a highly qualified specialist or coach free and out of turn.
Getting three free lessons with highly qualified coaches.
Getting a full course on preferential terms of payment.
The opportunity of using all other services performed by the club with discounts.
The right for discounts performed by the partners of the club;

If the owner of the individual membership wishes to transmit his/her membership rights and privileges to the other person he/she should inform the management committee of the club in written form. The ratification of the new owner occurs according to the procedures set in this Regulation

The conditions of family membership.
Entrance fee – 800 UAH., membership fees per year – 400 UAH. The owners of the family membership may become as juridical person so a natural person. Family membership gives its owners the right to appoint two users of the legal age who are in close relatives in-between and children up to 16 years old. Each of them will get the membership card after being approved by the managing committee. The family membership grants to two persons appointed by the owner of the family membership as users and their children the following rights by presentation of the card:

Free attendance of the Club, participation in sports and cultural activities.
Free and unlimited games on all courses of the golf club;
Taking two paid visitors with him/her to play golf;
Getting information about the activities planned and the work of the club.
A privileged right on getting out of turn needed inventory (1 set per person).
Getting a free DVD with teaching programs.
Getting a special literature on how to improve golfing skills with the help of the club.
Getting a consultation of a highly qualified specialist or a coach free and out of turn.
Getting three free lessons with highly qualified coaches.

If the owner of the family membership wishes to transmit his/her membership rights and privileges to the other person he/she should inform the management committee of the club in written form. The ratification of the new owner occurs according to the procedures set in this Regulation.

Conditions of Students’ Membership.
Entrance fee-150 UAH, membership fees per year-50 UAH. Owners of Students’ Membership can be natural people, who can confirm the fact of studies at primary, secondary or higher educational establishments and who have not reached the age of 23. Students’ membership gives the right to the owner to use the preferential terms of club membership for the period of studies at the educational establishment. After the finish of studies the owner of students’ membership must choose another kind of club membership without any extra entrance fee. Students’ membership gives the person, pointed by the owner of the students’ membership as a user if that shows his membership card.

Free attendance of the club, participation in sports and cultural events.
Free, unlimited game on all the golf fields of the club.
Right to take to the club, including game on the course, two paid guests.
Right to receive information of planned events and work of the club.
Right to get next, privileged right on receiving of necessary equipment (1 set for a person)
Receiving free DVD with teaching programs.
With club’s assistance to get hold of necessary literature, for getting information and
enhancing of knowledge level of playing golf.
To get out of turn high qualified consultation of a specialist or a coach
To get three lessons with highly qualified coaches.
To get the complete course of studies with privileged fee.
Possibility to use, with discount on price, of all the other services, presented by the club.
Right for the maximum discounts, presented by the club.

If the owner of students’ membership wishes to give his rights of the Club Member to another person, he must send a writing notification to the Club Government. Confirmation of a new owner takes place according to the process, established in the current thesis.

Honorable Club Member.
Status of the Honorable Club Member – is given according to decision of the Club Government, for the significant contribution to the development of club. Honorable Club Member gets The Golden Card of Honorable Club Member, and he uses all the rules and privileges, for the club members of all the categories. Honorable Club member gets top priority, with regard to all other categories of club membership, receiving of presented services (game, trainings etc). Status of Honorable Club Member- unlimited, nominal and can’t be given to another person.

The Club reserves the right to other changes and also selection of candidates and maintenance of the membership level supporting a well-balanced and interesting section of representatives of the international golf amateur community.
Club members must:

Stick to the regulations of Club-law and rules while solving Club questions or carrying out Club arrangements.
Execute organization and financial decisions of the Club.
Support and increase Club material resources.
Actively assist in golf development, popularization this kind of sports among the population.
Pay member payments in time according to the actual regulation.

Due to the decision of Club government members can be excluded from the Club staff without rewarding entrance member payments for the breach of statues and regulations of Club-law and also for actions that discredit organization.
Для регистрации необходимо заполнить учетную карточку и сдать две фотокарточки (3 х 4, желательно цветные).
For registration it is necessary to fill in an index card and deliver two photo cards (3 х 4, colored preferably).
The fist member fee is paid in five days from the registration day. In other case the registration is considered as invaluable. Registration fee is not rewarded. Following member fees are paid annually not later than a month of the new calendar year.
